How do you create your prints?
I draw inspiration from pretty much everywhere. Sometimes I see an illustration, a photo or a movie scene and think that that could become a print. Other times my fast-paced mind just pops up with thousands of ideas. I use a lot of references when drawing the motifs for the print.
What medias do you use to create the prints?
My favorite media is Copic Markes, they are ease to blend and its colors are saturated enough to make everything colorful and bright. I dabble in watercolor when I'm feeling brave and lucky enough. The handmade motifs are cleaned and the pattern is finalized on Adobe Photoshop. I also use Adobe Illustrator to create digital prints.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. Only one credit card may be applied per order. Your card will be charged at the time your order is placed.
When can I expect my order to arrive?
Orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please allow 2-7 business days for processing. Journals and Tote Bag orders ship from our manufacturer in the USA and can take from 2-30 business days to be delivered depending on where you live (please check our shipping information page here). Backpack orders ship either from our manufacturer in Mexico or Latvia (Europe) and can take from 10-30 business days .
Any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will not be processed/shipped until the following Monday.
Do you charge sales tax?
We are required to collect sales tax for orders shipping to all Canada territory, which includes: Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, Ontario, Prince Edward Island, Quebec, Saskatchewan, Northwest Territories, Nunavut and Yukon.
Why is my card being declined when I try to place an order?
The billing address you are using may not match the billing address tied to your card. Please be sure to check that the billing address is correct and try again. If you are still experiencing problems, you may wish to contact the issuing bank of your credit card regarding this matter.

We are unable to offer gift wrapping services at this time.

How can I find out the status of my order?
You can check your order status by visiting your order history under My Account, or please feel free to email at support@creativebunnyprints.com
Can I cancel or modify my order?
If the order has not been sent to production yet, it can be canceled or modified. Orders should be cancelled within 24h after being made.
How should I report a missing item/damaged or defective item from my order?
Please report any damaged or missing items to support@creativebunnyprints.com within 20 days of delivery. If the item is damaged a replacement can be provided at no extra cost
What should I do if my package is lost?
If you have a package that was marked as delivered but you have not yet received it, we ask you to take the following steps:
1. Check with your neighbors or front office (if applicable) to see if the package was left there.
2. Reach out to your local post office facility.
3. Contact our team at .......... and include your order number.
Please report your lost or stolen shipment within 7 days of the marked delivery date. If an order is lost after being shipped to a third party mail forwarding facility, we are unable to assume responsibility of the package once it is marked as delivered. Once an international shipment has been marked as delivered, we are no longer responsible for the particular package.
